CEO

Shaun provides over 20 years spearheading multi-phase construction projects with extensive mechanical background and post secondary in business management, he brings executive leadership and strategic direction for CCW’s operations and growth. His focus is on building strong client partnerships, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring the company maintains high standards of professionalism, safety, and performance across all projects.

Colin Bordeleau

COO

Colin plays a key role in company direction and leadership, with 19 years in utilities construction starting off in civil work then moving to aerial construction. Colin supports business development, operational oversight, and team coordination. His leadership contributes to the company’s ability to scale operations while maintaining quality, efficiency, and accountability.

Ian brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications construction industry. In addition to his extensive field experience, Ian has a strong focus on operations management and program development.

Field Manager  

Cory has extensive experience leading both large and small field crews in telecommunications and utility construction environments. His role bridges field operations and office coordination, ensuring projects stay on schedule and critical information flows efficiently between teams.

Tyson Reuther

Tyson brings over 9 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications construction, with a background in make-ready work, fiber overbuild projects, drop installations, His technical knowledge and field coordination experience contribute to efficient workflows, organized job sites, and consistent project execution.
